This is the first clinic i've been to where i consistently wait for hours, even with an appointment . Dr.Nishit does not seem to consider the patients also have schedules and responsibilities. I had to ask the front desk to reschedule me more than once, and this is the second time i experience the same long delays. When you make an appointment for a specific time you expect to be seen close to that time . I understand i'm not the only one to bee seen . Every visit has involved long wait times . However , I do want to say the front desk staff was very kind and helped me find a day that would work better for me . The staff overall has always treated me politely and with patience. My issue is not with them it's the scheduling and doctor's delay . I also hope that this clinic open more days witch that is another issue as well

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I went in for an emergency extraction and ended up walking out because the dentist was completely incompetent. Worst part? I STILL have the broken tooth.

I’ve made multiple appointments over months, and they kept promising they could save it—only to repeatedly blame “insurance” every time. I called and checked nonstop. Now I’m stuck with a broken tooth and have to start over with a new dentist.

The day of the appointment, the dentist gave me three shots, left the room to work on someone else, came back, poked around in my mouth, and when he finally grabbed the drill, the pain was excruciating. I actually had to physically move his hand out of my mouth.

Then he tried to pass me off to a specialist… for a simple extraction?

I rarely feel the need to write bad reviews, but this was unacceptable. I will be contacting my insurance. The community deserves medical professionals who actually know what they’re doing.

Note: The assistants were great—but unfortunately, they’re not the ones doing the work.

I must say I been very dissapointing with this office at the fact only open 3 days I wanted to schedule on a Friday or Tuesday but is always closed and the people that answers my call I barely understand how they speak . I feel like this office should be opening more days why do I have to try to go somewhere else when this one is around the corner from my house ontop of everything the doctor is very slow everytime I had came in , I had to reschedule because I have to wait long time and this is not okay why if my appoinment at 10am why does the doctor make the patient wait hours to be seen , the receptionist is always so great at rescheduling and putting a better date and time for me but my problem is with the doctor he should be a little faster and not lose patients due to patients like me have to wait long and also a office like this the doctor that works there should be more understanding with patients . but everytime I had come in is always the same situation doctor prefer to lose patients instead of being faster in a fast work environment .

Honestly I Am kinda dissapoinment because first of all this clinic is close to my house but the downside is that i have to reschedule my appoinment serval days now because of the long wait . Unfortanatly i went to another on Also another thing they barely open i have schedule before a Wednesday then they call me to reschedule because they don’t open most of the days they are open i am not avaiable .the staff was super nice very welcoming

Screwing up reviews !!! Only on the first visit you will be admitted for half an hour .and asked to leave a good review - further read my experience.

Don't waste your time ! Absolutely disrespectful and irresponsible clinic ( doctors are good - but the staff is disgusting ) I waited 3 !!! The last time we waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for our appointment (only because of the good doctors there, especially Dr. Omar who works only on Saturdays), our daughter had a toothache and flux. Nobody cared that we came at our time and waited quietly, but people who started to come after us started to come first - I asked: how long we have to wait - followed by a snide reply with a smirk: we can sign you up in a week. Horrible ! I don't recommend it, don't waste your time.
We were seen at Central Avenue in 10 minutes and received timely care. Dental Associait should have its license taken away for such a boorish attitude towards customers.
