The procedure itself was quick, I was in and out in less than 2 hours and he explained everything that was going on the entire time. Sincerely recommend for any who is looking to get cosmetic dentistry done to come here, 10/10 experience and will be back in the future to get the rest of my teeth done as well!

I cannot say enough good things about this office! I am so glad I decided to do my Invisalign here with Dr. Liao. Dr. Liao and Bianca are attentive and thorough and have made the entire experience a breeze. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Liao and his staff!! I first visited the office a few years ago for an Invisalign treatment and have since made Dr. Liao my primary dentist, in addition to recently completing another cosmetic procedure. From the warm welcomes at the front desk, to Dr. Liao’s attentiveness to my concerns and meticulous attention to details, the experience has been amazing from start to finish. This review is specifically about this office’s pricing model and deceptive practices.

They eventually provided my X-ray scans, but I will not be returning. It is obvious this practice is attempting to overcharge patients by falsely claiming they are in network with insurance. I genuinely cannot believe how blatant this misrepresentation was.

When I originally called the office, I explicitly asked the front desk to check whether they were in network with my insurance. I was told that they were.

After receiving an estimate for fillings, I asked, “And this is with my insurance, correct?” The front desk associate again confirmed yes.

After doing my own calculations, I realized I was being charged out-of-network pricing. When I questioned this, I was finally told—for the first time—that the office is not in network with any insurance, but that they “take” all insurance.

This was extremely deceptive and a clear bait-and-switch. Patients should be able to rely on accurate information when making healthcare decisions, and I believe this practice should be held accountable for misleading people about insurance coverage.

I will not be coming back, and I should not have had to push to receive my own X-ray scans.

Dr. Liao and staff are excellent. Dr. Liao and staff are always pleasant, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about my process and comfort throughout the process. I'm so glad I chose this office for my Invisalign journey and highly recommend them to anyone considering treatment.
