The physician, hygienist, technicians and entire team worked together without hesitation or delay to ensure my child was being provided the highest level of clinical care. Once the situation was managed they were compassionate and comforting. Thank you for taking such great care of my son! I work in the healthcare industry and this was an example of perfect clinical management resulting in a positive outcome.

Great experience at DFC Howell, my kids love coming here. The environment is clean, patient satisfaction, toys and games available for kids in the waiting room. Front desk staff welcomes you with smile , my kids gets a gentle soothing oral cleaning ,  Dentist is nice and gives detailed good oral hygiene follow up instructions. Great team at DFC. The staffs are the best. I never get to wait for long.

Not only have I had more than 4 appts canceled between 2 kids, the ONLY dentist that actually bothers to take the time with my children is Dr. Donn. Ended up in the Howell office because yet another appt was canceled. Ok, fine. I was assured the dentist my kid was seeing was, "amazing". Ok, Awesome! I'm excited now. My kid is 7. Any 7 year old would be nervous sitting in a dental chair for work. We sat waiting in the room for 47 minutes...allowing WAY too much time for a kid to think about what's going to happen.  Dentist comes in, asks about laughing gas (I say yes) and by this point, my son has tears coming out of his eyes. She immediately says, "the laughing gas won't work if he continues crying." He gets more nervous and says, "ok, I'll stop.", still upset. I asked that we start before allowing him to really start crying so that at least one tooth could be filled. She then said she didn't want to start and not be able to finish ALL the work. So, if you cant do it ALL in one sitting, then you'll do none of it? I'm then asked if I ever considered anesthesia at the hospital. Yup, tried that, but YOUR surgical department wanted only THEIR clearance forms filled out and wouldn't accept the doctors office paperwork. (More to that story, but, not worth typing). So, after 1 1/2 hours, we're denied service, AGAIN. (PS, when this happened prior, I had to bring this child to an oral surgeon who was MIND BLOWN that the office allowed his tooth to get to the point it was, by having us wait 12 weeks for a hospital appointment that we had to cancel because of the clearance paperwork anyway. ) Same kid had 2 teeth pulled with surgeon, no laughing gas, just injection and didn't bat an eye. The entire staff said they couldn't believe how well behaved he was. Lastly, this review COMPLETELY EXCLUDES the professionalism,  excellent chair side manner, caring, and overall understanding of what it means to be a pediatric dentist by DR. DONN. I truly wish it wasn't so difficult to get in to see him, but alas, everyone else must feel the same about him.

The office staff is amazing!! Most of the dentists are amazing.  I drive 30 minutes further than I need to, to go to the Howell office because I like that specific location. But there’s one specific dentist that does not do all the scheduled procedures that were predetermined by another dentist. She picks and chooses the procedures instead of doing the whole previous treatment plan scheduled. Which then makes you come back multiple times. Instead of checking the whole treatment plan at the first visit waits to decide when you come back for the next scheduled appointment that she feels a different treatment plan is needed. Which is a procedure they cannot  provide at a pediatric office. If she addressed the whole treatment plan a month ago she would not have wasted  over an 2.5 hours of my time today due to travel and waiting in the waiting room.

The office manager of course apologized and I know it isn’t something they can fix. Like I previously said I love the staff there. I just wish that the dentist took the time at the last visit to do the whole procedure scheduled so I didn’t waste almost 3 hours and have to sit in summer traffic for no reason.

always so nice and patient with my 2 year old, he did amazing today and is usually difficult with brushing his teeth! these are people who know how to handle children
i only waited 2 minutes in the waiting room as well
