Dr. Parker took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The procedure itself was painless, efficient, and done with great care. I also appreciated that they provided practical advice for ongoing dental care without making me feel pressured. I was treated in a way that felt completely dehumanizing. The dental hygienist showed little regard for my comfort or dignity, and the overall experience was shockingly unprofessional, to the point that I had to run away in the middle of the procedure shaken, half of my mouth numb and spilling blood. The weeks before I got my first visit to this dental office and it was delightful I had a great encounter with the person that took my xray and dentist.The dental hygienist  handled the procedure with unnecessary roughness, ignored my attempts to communicate discomfort, and spoke to me in a dismissive tone.  At one point, I genuinely felt more like an object being worked on than a patient receiving care. I hope nobody has to go through a cruel, barbarian situation as the one I lived at that place.

Please do not waste your time.  That this office has 4.4 rating would be mind boggling, except for the fact that they ask you not to post a negative review but let them know.  Well, I'd like to do both because my time was wasted, and while I did let them know they wasted my time, it's still not something I can get back.  I would not recommend this place.  For my initial visit my daughter and I got x-rays and shown what needed to be done.  That was it.  When I asked when I could schedule a cleaning, I was told they were booking in March 2026.  We're in August and I'd have to 7 months to get my teeth cleaned.  Had I been made aware of this kind of backlog when I booked my appointment in July, I would have gone with another dentist.  I've never had such an infuriating experience. My job isn't one where I just can't take days off.  So when I do, I don't expect my time to wasted! If you're a new patient and need a cleaning, I implore you go somewhere else...unless you have time to waste and 7 months to wait.

Garden State Dental made something that’s usually unpleasant a positive experience. They have convenient appointment times and I was seen right at my scheduled time. The entire staff from the front desk, hygienists, dentists, and the whole rest of the team are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.
