I went with the intention of having three root canals. I jokingly said that I may change my mind. Never did I think I would end up storming out of there, screaming expletives. When I asked if it would hurt, they assured me it would be as pain free as possible. Then, they asked for payment. It turned out to be more than the quoted amount. They had the audacity to charge a service fee for using a debit card.  Surely, they know that is not legal. They did not want to listen to me, so I took my card and left. These people are padding their pockets with illegal fees from unsuspecting patients. My question is

We have been customers of both Nu Dental in Eatontown and Brick for myself and three of my children.  The Eatontown location is amazing.  The Brick location has consistently been THE WORST we have ever experienced.
Tonight, after moving our appointment to the Brick location from Eatontown due to a dentist having to take a sabbatical, our appointment for fillings and cleanings was overlapped so we could not get both procedures done.  This was after me questioning it on the phone each time they called in the weeks leading up to the appointment to make time modifications based on the dentist being overbooked.
The Brick office also deleted an Eatontown appointment for a root canal when moving us around several times, without calling us. We only found out upon arrival.
Tonight the dentist tried to push x-rays on us for my son's next visit after having x-rays only a month ago, clearly she did not review his chart.
The Brick location has on several occasions pushed fillings on us, that when visiting the Eatontown location, were unfounded.
*Also lets note.....my son was in pain the entire visit and said the numbing did not work, so he had three deep fillings and felt it all, but no more numbing was given.*
Finally there is Cheryl, who WHILE CLEANING ANOTHER PATIENTS TEETH actually YELLED at me across the room that she was overbooked and would not be cleaning my sons teeth this evening. When I inquired what had happened she responded rudely "CANT YOU SEE WHY I AM CLEANING SOMEONE ELSES TEETH."
I straight up told her she was very rude and unprofessional, however it took me asking the dentist three times what the hygenist's name was before she gave it to me- her reply was, "that's just how she talks to people."
So long story short- Eatontown ROCKS! Go there. Brick location is THE WORST and totally rude and unable to keep to a schedule or any level of professional courtesy.
We will never visit the Brick location again and hope no one else does either.

Tooth extraction in preparation for future implant. Much concern about pain during procedure, MD asking frequently if I was in pain. I remained comfortable throughout the procedure.

I can’t begin to tell how happy I am with NU Dental !!! Dr Siddiqui has fixed my teeth pain free , and so patient with me as a scaredy cat ! I’m so proud to say because of Dr Siddiqui and Sheryl with her expertise in making my teeth whiter then I can ever imagined with the Zoom treatment . They made me smile again !
