The dentist was wonderful, gentle, knowledgeable, and great at communicating with both children and parents. My child especially loved receiving a token at the end to pick out a prize, and it made the whole experience feel fun and positive. My child left smiling, which says everything. Took our son here for his first visit and the experience from start to finish was fantastic!

The office building was very easy to get to and the signage inside was very clear. The office itself was very neat, clean, and the reception staff were very welcoming.

The exam room was very clean and they even had a TV mounted to the ceiling to help keep your little one laid back, calm, and looking up. I think we were very fortunate that our son was a good patient, so all of the things the office did to help that worked well.

The hygienist, Caitlyn(I didn't catch the spelling) was awesome, she answered the questions we had and even provided some extra information since it was our first time for a pediatric appointment. She gave us a few tips to improve his dental hygiene at home and what to expect moving forward.

Dr. Jenni was amazing as well. Very informative about how his mouth was growing so far, let us know it was time to say goodbye to the pacifier, and even let him play with the spray gun.

Highly recommend if you're looking for a pediatric dentist!

The whole process from appointment, confirmation text, check-in, visit and payment and rescheduling was very easy. Great staff! Very friendly and the whole place is brand new with state of the art equipment. The doctors and assistants are very knowledgeable and great with kids. My son has been going here since he was 4 and we never had a bad time.

UPDATE: The office manager, Nikki, called me and offered a free check-up for my daughter, and I really appreciate how genuinely they care about people’s feedback and making sure any issues are taken care of. My daughter’s first visit was amazing — honestly beyond what I expected. She even said she wants to go back again! Dr. Regina was so gentle, patient, and fun, which made all of us feel so much more at ease. We’ll definitely be returning!

I was really excited to bring my daughter for her first dental appointment yesterday at 11:30 AM. After submitting all the required information and confirming the visit, we drove 30 minutes to get there.
However, upon arrival, I was told that the office doesn’t accept my insurance. This was very disappointing, especially since you already had all my insurance details on file. If the office had known this in advance, a quick call or message would have saved us the trip and a lot of stress—especially when traveling with a toddler.
It’s a beautiful office and everyone seemed kind, but the lack of communication was very frustrating. I hope in the future, the office can review insurance coverage before confirming appointments to avoid this kind of experience for other families.

Dr. Lee and the entire staff were absolutely amazing! Our 2 year old loves the dentist and always looks forward to her visits, which as a parent, is all you can ask for! Highly recommended!
