You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Be responsible for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

As a patient using our Platform, you agree to: • Provide accurate information when requesting appointments • Respect the policies of dental clinics and professionals • Submit honest and fair reviews based on actual experiences • Not use the Platform for any unlawful purposes We do not guarantee the availability of appointments or the quality of services provided by listed clinics.

As a dental professional or clinic using our Platform, you agree to: • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your practice • Maintain valid state licensing and credentials • Respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Not engage in false advertising or misleading practices Verified listings are subject to additional terms and verification requirements.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AppointPanda or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission • Use our trademarks without authorization • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, etc.), but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content on our Platform. You represent that your content: • Is accurate and not misleading • Does not infringe on third-party rights • Does not contain harmful or offensive material • Complies with all applicable laws We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPOINTPANDA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Damages arising from third-party services or content Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppointPanda, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the Platform • Your violation of these terms • Your violation of any third-party rights
