Alanah and Kayla were very helpful at the front desk with the forms which were very long, which was the only negative thing about my visit today. Besides that everything was great, in my experience living in NJ for the last 4 years this is the place with the best customer service that I had been to. Recommended if you have kids that are afraid of the dentist and you want to received a satisfying service. Will be recommending all my friends and family to this place.

I brought my son to the Bloomfield office for some dental work. When I first arrived I was warmly greeted by alanah and aleyda. They were so help and kind they made the check in process so easy. Jen R and dr cha was amazing. They were so patient and friendly with my son. They talked me through the process of what work had to be done today. The was done quick and my son did not cry throughout the whole process. I was highly satisfied with my experience with this office. I will be back again to continue his work and I will highly recommend this office to anyone who asked

**FIRST TIMER— Only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because customer service is important to me. Especially when it’s your first time in an establishment. We weren’t greeted upon walk-in. Arrived for my daughter’s appt & walked straight to the desk in front of the entrance. A receptionist, woman of color (didn’t get her name) was sitting there looking at the computer screen.. No “hello, Good morning, one minute pls” nothing. She didn’t even bother to look up from the screen. To remind you it’s THREE of us lol (Husband, daughter & myself). Her desk is literally in front of the entrance, so it’s hard to miss anyone coming in at 8:20am. So, no I didn’t bother trying to get her attention, I just simply checked-in at the Kiosk in the corner. I won’t let one bad apple ruin the bunch because the remaining of the staff were great. Giselle was the other receptionist who finished our check-in was very nice & informative. The guy nurse who did my daughter’s x-ray & lady doctor who did her check up/cleaning were also good! In & out, clean establishment & knows what they’re doing!— Overall my 3 year old rcvd good dental treatment & I will be returning ☺️

I had an excellent experience on my visit and I want to take a moment to recognize Kevin for his outstanding professionalism and care. From the moment I walked in, I felt very attended, acknowledged & informed throughout my dental visit. Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel calm, I usually get very nervous during these types of visits but the treatment I received made everything so much better.He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but does it with such heart and integrity. Kevin is an asset to this office, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. Their level of customer service that Abra Dental provides reflects extremely well on the entire practice, and leadership should be proud to have someone like Kevin representing the office.
