Very convenient location right by the path station so if you are in pain it’s literally 2 steps away and such beautiful location of NYC!

I got my 2 wisdom teeth extracted last Friday from Dr. Tausiq and he is such a kind soul! Good energy and I went through it very smoothly, I was aware of what’s coming next and very clear post surgery Instruction. The staff were super sweet. God sent me an angel it was that feeling!

I know I might sound extra but no jokes! I can’t thank them enough! 🫶🏻

My dental hygienist was Jovanna, and she was amazing. I had bit dental anxiety before coming in, but she made whole process smooth and comforting.

The follow up care is excellent, and you can tell they genuinely care about your oral health. The entire staff is super friendly and makes you feel completely comfortable. I’m so happy with my clean teeth and my overall experience here

I had a great experience at this dental center! The atmosphere was bright, welcoming, and calming, which helped me feel at ease. The administration process was smooth and easy. Dr Arora and dental assistant Mari were absolutely amazing. They are absolutely professional, efficient and caring. I’ve never seen such vibrant colors in a dental office, and it made the whole experience surprisingly pleasant. The treatment was quick and handled with great care. Highly recommended!

Had my dental surgery done by Dr. Ahmed yesterday and it was a great experience! He was gentle , professional, and caring. The team was super kind and supportive, every person I met was lovely. And I even got to enjoy a beautiful view of NYC from the clinic! Highly recommend! 🦷🏙️✨

I’m honestly shocked by how many positive reviews this place has. I’ve been trying to schedule a dentist appointment with them since June. I finally managed to get one for September, but when I called to confirm, I was told that my appointment didn’t even exist in their system. Since June, I’ve been trying just to get through to them on the phone.

In September, they canceled my appointment due to a water leak in Hoboken — fine, things happen — but they didn’t do anything to help me reschedule sooner or accommodate me in any way. I had to wait again, this time until October, to finally get a new appointment.

Before the appointment, I kept receiving multiple text reminders confirming my visit. Then, suddenly on the same day of my appointment, I got a message saying that if I didn’t send my insurance information by 4 PM, I’d have to pay $150 out of pocket. I called right away — I was literally driving home from work — and the receptionist told me the same thing, that if I didn’t send the insurance before 4 PM, I’d be charged. I honestly thought it was a joke.

They should have called or emailed me days earlier to confirm they had my insurance on file, not a few hours before the appointment when most people are at work or commuting.

When I called, the receptionist was polite but clearly didn’t understand my frustration or try to resolve the issue. I could tell she just wanted to get rid of the problem. When I finally asked about canceling the appointment, she smiled and said, “Sure, I can cancel it for you — but you’ll have to pay the fee.” With a smile on her face! That was the moment I realized how absurd the situation was. Instead of helping me fix the problem, she just told me I could pay a fee to cancel. I honestly don’t even know if that’s legal.

I’ve wasted months of my time, and I’m still walking around with pain from my wisdom tooth that needs to be removed. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not let this go.

As a paralegal, I fully intend to report this to the Department of Health because patients should not be treated this way. I’ve lived in Hoboken for five years, and I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior at a dental office.
