This place is beyond ridiculous and completely unprofessional. I booked an appointment six months in advance for myself and my daughter because I follow a strict 6-month cleanup schedule. The appointment was for December 24th. They called and cancelled it and rescheduled for December 31st without any regard for my time.

Then, one day before the rescheduled appointment, they called again and cancelled — for the second time. No apology, no solution, nothing.

To make matters worse, the receptionist was unbelievably rude. When I asked to speak to a manager, she deliberately put me on hold for an extended period, came back on the line, and then hung up on me. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

This office clearly has zero respect for patients or their schedules. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Please avoid this location. My recent visit was extremely disappointing and far below the standard any patient should expect. My last experience in 2022, when I came for a crown, was completely different — the full-time hygienist took her time and provided thorough care. This time, however, I checked in at 4:36 PM and was out by 4:50 PM, with almost the entire appointment spent taking X-rays. The hygienist spent barely five minutes on the actual cleaning, and it was rushed, incomplete, and unprofessional. She didn’t even use the water tool they normally place in your mouth during a proper cleaning, which made the entire process feel careless and uncomfortable. To make it even worse, I saw the doctor in this time frame ! as if that alone justified the poor quality of the appointment.
On top of the inadequate cleaning, I felt extremely uncomfortable because the hygienist kept emphasizing what my insurance “wouldn’t cover.” When I asked about an orthodontic consult, she again responded with comments about insurance instead of providing support or information. It made me feel like I wasn’t being treated as a patient but as an inconvenience as if my insurance made me less deserving of basic respect. You come to a dental office expecting care, and regardless of insurance, they are being paid to provide that care. Instead, I was made to feel dismissed, disrespected, and not valued as a human being.
When I spoke to the manager afterward, she was polite and said they would talk to the hygienist about spending more time with me, but then added that “it’s the holidays.” I didn’t walk in asking to be squeezed in; I had a scheduled appointment and expected at least 20-25 minutes of proper cleaning. The entire experience was unacceptable, uncomfortable, and honestly one of the worst dental visits I’ve had. If I can’t give it a -0 star I will .

Worst place. I was here once for a very simple in and our for a referral for a dental surgeon. Don't be surprised to receive a surprise bill of "concierge services" under a date 1.5 years after an actual appointment or for an appointment you NEVER had and without notice to boot so you don't even know that you were charged. They will NEVER pick up their phones even if you try different time of day on different days. They have no idea what they are charging you for and will never give you a straight up answer.

The one time I got a human to answer the call, she said she would cancel the bill for this random charge but guess what? Nothing. Threat emails and texts saying that they are forwarding this to a collection agency for a measly $12 bill.

I will NEVER use this office ever again, so If I ever get charged in this kind of manner again, I will make sure I go through legal services. Do better.

this place is terrible!! They never answer the phone. wait time is ridiculous. they are not friendly! they are bothered when you ask them for any kind of help or clarification.

i was once charged some sort of “convenience fee” forgot what they called it. But this fee pretty much from what was explained to me is a fee charged just to get your calls answered.
