Donald especially makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in, and both he and Tania go above and beyond to help with scheduling and any questions. This is by far the best dental place I have ever been to. I have been a patient of Dr. Said for the last 10 years, and he and his staff are truly amazing, trustworthy, and kind to all their patients. The office manager Bianka is the absolute best. She does an excellent job ensuring that everyone is treated with kindness and respect.
Our entire family goes here, and so do my parents. What truly sets this office apart is their honesty. Thank you for being so honest with your patients and not trying to hustle them like other places do. They consistently put our needs first, and not the money.

I’ve been coming to this dental office since 2023, and unfortunately the wait times have been consistently long. No matter how early or promptly I arrive, I end up waiting 30 minutes or more. Each time I ask for an update, I’m told it will be “just a few more minutes,” which routinely turns into a 45+ minute wait.

As a healthcare provider myself, I understand the challenges of scheduling, but I also know how valuable a patient’s time is. Making patients wait 45 minutes or longer despite their punctuality is simply unprofessional.

What’s even more disappointing is that my whole family used to come here as well, and they’ve all stopped coming for this exact reason. The long, unpredictable wait times became too frustrating for them, just as they have now become for me.

I truly do appreciate the dentists and the quality of care they provide, which is why I stayed as long as I did. But I can’t keep sacrificing this much time for a routine check-up and cleaning that ends up taking over two hours due to delays alone.

I rarely leave Google reviews, but I hope this conveys how frustrating this has become. There is no valid reason for patients to consistently wait 30–45 minutes in the waiting room. Our time matters too.
