My favorite thing about this office is that I was never made to feel diminished, dismissed, or small while under their hands.
Dentist offices give me the heebies (sorry) but for the first time the sinking dread looming over me of the next appointment has evaporated. Thank you for that. 10/10

Was very happy with all aspects of my experience here. They were attentive and helpful, friendly and considerate throughout.I would like to single out Erin the office manager who helped me with financing and went out of her way to assist me with options and calls to credit card company to assist completely . She is a credit to Aspen Dental. The entire staff was and is top notch and professional in every aspect of my care. I will recommend highly to friends and family.

So far, everything is going exceptionally well. Prices are inline with my expectations, all of the office staff were helpful and caring, and they are pros at their jobs. All office space, front and back, is clean. They have a private room to discuss finance options which puts one at the right comfort level. My Dentist went over all of my work needing to be done with me, we have a path going forward with the work and I have complete confidence in his skills and knowledge.

Very professional, knowledgeable and polite staff.  Drs are very thorough in explaining the procedure. Answered all the questions patiently. Drs, hygienist and staff goes above and beyond  in making the whole experience stress free. I am very happy with my treatments. Thanks for such a great experience. They were kind, I came here, because I needed a tooth extracted quickly. Since it was giving me problems, I went for an extraction, they did all the X-rays of my mouth, the dentist looked at my teeth. The dentist told me that I needed a deep cleaning and then the extraction. I could understand that maybe everything could come out in about $1000. But in the end the bill was $2,582. They don’t have a payment plan, they have the application for a credit card that the interest is 32.99 percent. When I checked the receipt it had countless charges that I never understood, which included three times charge of $356 and even $200 for a toothbrush that I didn’t ask for. I think they should talk to the patient about all the charges they are going to process, including the toothbrushes because I had an electric toothbrush in my house I didn’t need one more and it cost me $200 in addition to everything I was paying for my mouth service. I contacted other clinics for a dental consultation of the same thing they did to me there and they charge around $500 and $700. Maybe if you have health insurance, you won’t mind the comments based on the cost of the procedure.
