Dr. Aston does a good job. He explains exactly what he is doing and answers my questions.  The hygienists are very good and are also very knowledgeable. I have also been impressed by the desk person Jamie, who has given me some additional insights and explained x-ray findings to me that prompted me to overcome my reluctance and replace a crown. I was happy that the practice is in network and is much more convenient to my location than my prior dentist.

Nobody likes to go to the dentist. But if you want to feel cared for/about, this is the place. I don’t remember ever feeling as comfortable in a dentist’s office. Dr Aston and the rest of the staff (especially Jamie take the time to help you relax and understand the care you are about to receive and offer many options to afford the treatment you need. I’m glad my wife recommended this place because she was /is so happy with them and so am I.

I've been a patient for many years. Everyone I have encountered is friendly, professional, informative, respectful, and kind. They are prompt with appointment times, accommodating and flexible. Overall a great experience!

I'm amending the review. The lies this "office manager" or "owner" are telling are "startling." Claiming I was upset because they wouldn't see my son on Thanksgiving is, the most, obvious & absurd lie.  Why would I want my son to spend Thanksgiving in a Dentist's chair?  Is that believable?  Really?
I "love" the plea for sympathy, as if, I expected the staff to work on Thanksgiving. I guess I'm the "Ebeneezer of Thanksgiving."  If these lies and the way the staff behaved weren't so insulting this might actually be comical.
What the office completely failed to point out is that the OFFICE MANAGER CANCELED my sons initial appointment because he didn't reply "fast enough" when she called & texted him (while he was in class) to get insurance / payment information. When he called her back she had given away his appointment time and told him he could come in at 7pm instead.  He was exhausted after a long day + commute to Manhattan. I told him I thought he should simply cancel and reschedule, which he tried to do online, not realizing 11/27 was Thanksgiving - he forgot.  I was simply trying to tell her that the online booking system was accepting appointments when the office is closed so she could "fix" the issue. That was the only reason Thanksgiving came up.
That she would even reply with something so outrageous pretty much sums up my entire conversation with her... it was completely unhinged.
I need to also mention that when I called the Dentist's office, hoping to reschedule, one of the first things the "office manager" told me was that IF he canceled again they wouldn't be able to reschedule - completly ignoring the fact that SHE CANCELED HIS APPOINTMENT. She went on to threaten not to reschedule the appointment multiple times; I'm not sure why. She was upset that  I repeated what my son had said about her asking "how he would pay if he didn't have insurance." I finally ended the call because she was more intent on winning an argument than doing her job.
I'm grateful that we avoided this practice. I'm "so glad" we have moved to a better practice.
The original review had to be amended so I could "tell the truth" about what occurred. My son indicated "self-pay" when he scheduled the first appointment because what he needs isn't covered.  That was why she canceled his initial appointment. Photos show online booking requires the patient to select their insurance carrier or a self-pay option.

Very unprofessional. I remember once I stopped in and they claimed I didn’t have an appointment. I went home, snapped a picture of my appointment card, and basically got a “my bad.”

EDIT: Their pathetic response is laughable. Why do you think I stopped going? This response by them just shows how disorganized they are. The more one goes at lengths to defend themselves, the more obvious it is they know they messed up.
