The staff from Cathy to Dr. Omar, himself, were an absolute delight. Cathy was kind, understanding, and above all, charming. Amber at the front desk was relentless in her pursuit of assuring me convenient scheduling.

We went the Monday after the Christmas holiday and I was politely surprised at how well the colleagues of this organization got together and were in a very chippery mood. This tells me that not only are they happy at their job but management has also did their job to make their employees happy. Now to get to the actual cleaning an x-rays, we walked in we were seated for probably less than 5 minutes before we were called back after an extensive cleaning X-rays and polishing we were out the door in 45 minutes. I couldn't be happier with a personality of our technician as she made things very easy for my special needs son. On top of that I have had some horrible past experiences with a different dentist that the same type of process took over two and a half hours. Hence why we looked for a new dentist. Again very happy, will be back and extremely thorough and pleasant staff.

Overcharged by $114!!! Be warned, you WILL be charged more than you agree to in the paperwork they give you and they will change the price of something with no explanation. I do not have a lot of money, so finding a place that I can afford and trust with my money can be difficult. I found Authentic smiles through my fiance and thought that they were very kind and understanding and even offered to let me pay for half of the treatment I was getting one appointment and then pay the other half on the next. The total was $612, half being $306. I paid the $306 on my first visit and upon my second visit, I'm told I now owe $322, and was given no explanation for why it was more than half and was told "you paid $306 last time" like I'm stupid and don't know that, while also ignoring the fact that the math doesn't add up. And on this second visit, I also got fillings that totaled $130 on the original paperwork and then at the end of my visit they hit me with the news that they're now charging me $550 instead of the $450 total, claiming its because "sometimes the fillings change during the procedure" when what really happened was the Dentist's assistant, Kathy, told me there was an extra spot she wanted to hit and said it wouldn't be any extra charge and asked if that was okay so of course I said yes and thanked her, only to realize I just got tricked into awarding them another $100 of my money for God only knows what they even did. Like I have no way to verify exactly what they did in my mouth so they can just charge me whatever they want I guess. I'm sure this is just common and I should have read the reviews before going here, but unfortunately this is yet another dentist that is more concerned with getting as much money as they can out of literal poor people right around the corner from Christmas than they are with providing affordable dental treatments. Please, unless you really like being taken advantage of and talked to like you're stupid when you call it out, DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!! The fillings and crown went well though, so y'all earned the amount we agreed to, but NOT the amount you decided you wanted today. When you finally see this and have the instinct to respond and try to fix it, don't. I only give businesses ONE chance when it comes to disrespecting me and my money, so we are done here, no more money from me and my family. I literally cannot afford to be ripped off by people like you and you just can't help but do it, so I can't help but warn the other poor people of what you did.
