I recently moved to Bergen County, NJ from CT, not knowing the area whatsoever. Now that I moved back to CT, I still commute to this office. A friend recommended to try BEAM Dental in Edgewater; stating that they had great reviews / feedback. I can certainly see why now. From the very first call, every person I have spoken to has been pleasant, bubbly, accommodating, going above and beyond the primary role of their job to make sure I felt comfortable. My schedule is chaotic as a first responder and they worked with me even when I was held late 15 minutes on more than one occasion. I personally had the pleasure of dealing with Jade, Francesca and Michelle several times over the last couple of months whom were all wonderful. They really sold me on this practice and should be recognized for their efforts. All three ladies answered any and all questions with professionalism, clarity, following up, checking in, recommending what to do, financial options, even reminding me of appointments and how to navigate. If you’re anything like me then going to the dentist could be a nerve racking thing, especially when getting a new procedure done. I couldn’t be more comfortable or happier with my choice as a dental office and instead of dreading the dentist, I actually look forward to my visits which is a nice change. Additionally, the office is very clean and inviting. I will be telling friends / family in the area and highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs!🙏

I’ve been coming to Beam Dental Edgewater for a while now, and honestly, they’re the best. The staff is always warm and familiar. Whenever I call or walk in, it feels like they already know me. The office is clean, organized, and they’re always on time. I’ve never waited more than five minutes for my appointment, which I really appreciate.

Dr. Zarei is thorough and takes time to explain everything without rushing. Jovanna, my hygienist, is amazing. She’s gentle, friendly, and makes the whole cleaning process easy. We always end up talking about life and laughing through the appointment, which makes it feel less like a chore and more like catching up.

What I like most is that they actually care. They ask questions, make sure I’m comfortable, and genuinely listen. They’ve also been great about helping me figure out insurance stuff when needed.

If you’re looking for a dental office that’s professional, personable, and consistent this is the place.

I have never been to a cleaner, more efficient dental visit in my life. Everyone in this office is so nice, so accommodating. They took like literally 100 different scans and pictures  (I’m being facetious, but you get my point) so quickly. All of their tech was updated!  Everyone was well informed and able to translate all of the dental medical jargon in Layman's terms for me. They also knew all the details of my insurance so that while I was still in the chair, they could help me understand my options.

From the min I made the phone call to make an emergency appointment to see a doctor, right up to the moment my nasty wisdom tooth was pulled out - it was nothing but a gold-star level of service and care. Michelle, Belisa and Dr. Zarei - they had so much compassion and empathy and really soothed any nerves I had walking into the clinic. I was very nervous about my procedure, but Dr. Zarei was so assuring, and really great at managing expectations. She's absolutely wonderful! I would give 10 stars if I could!
