I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The first person who attended me didn’t even greet me, and his attitude was so indifferent that I wasn’t sure if he worked at the reception or was the dentist himself. Then he passed me to another receptionist, who was also unfriendly and uninterested in helping. After some delay, she gave me an appointment for a cleaning in June 26th, which is almost a year from now. It made me feel like they didn’t want me as a patient. I came here two years ago and had a great experience, but after this visit, I’ll definitely go somewhere else.

2 weeks ago I returned to Dr Butts.  I had the full mouth ExRays And Consultation for work that needed  to be done.  things went great better than expected. Dr butts has a calming manner for a patient like me.

So Today my treatment began with a cleaning .  Bill was my hygenist  He too has a nice manner and is easy to talk to.  he is thorough had some work to do on my teeth.  it took about 40-45 minutes  it was done perfectly   no pain

so if you need dental work head to dental associates   they are great  and dr butts is my dentist and surely ask for bill

I LOVE Dental Associates!  I have had a lot of dental issues over the years and have been to many dental practices. This is the first place I’ve been where I actually don’t mind going. I’m always greeted by very friendly, happy , and caring people at reception.  My hygienist Bill is so gentle and super nice. Dr. Butts is funny and very efficient.
When I have had fillings, it is quick and painless. I have never experienced this before.
I tell anyone who’s looking for a new dental practice to go there.
I feel so blessed to not fear the dentist anymore.

I called in a panic with a chipped front tooth with a big important event coming up! Corey took my call, and was super kind and worked to get me in before my travel plans! Dr. Butts was great and fixed me up! The whole office is upbeat, friendly and happy 😊 From the very
beginning I had a great experience and although I was only in need of a one-time visit, they have just become my new dental practice! Thank you!
