The dental hygienist Nana was a sweetheart and taught me something new. The dentist, I can’t remember his name but he was a very sweet cuban man & we have a nice interaction. Even the woman who took my x-rays, I think her name is Sheri, she was kind as well.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff were very kind and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. My cleaning was excellent, and the new hygienist did an outstanding job. She was knowledgeable, caring, and took the time not only to explain but also to show me what I needed to do for better dental care. I really appreciated the way she made me feel supported and confident. It was one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had, and I left with helpful tips I can actually use. I have always had a great experience at Deptford Family Dental. Ms. Nana, who was my dental hygienist Today, was amazing. She asked me some questions about my routine at home and made sure I was comfortable. The way she cleans is top-notch! And she has a very comforting spirit. This was my first time having a cleaning with her, but as soon as she introduced herself, I knew I was in good hands. Run don't walk from here!!  Bc of a traumatic experience I had during my absence from this dental office, that nobody knew, I was told they thought I was on crack!! I never even seen crack!! That was hurtful, and uncalled for!! These people I had built a bond with, I had gone there for several years, had the nerve to basically say I was a crack head?? What professionals do that?? Or say that?? Wow my self confidence wasn't lacking enough, due to my traumatic experience, here they are telling me I was on crack?? I referred family and friends there!! (Big mistake!!) I was good and kind to all their staff, yet they were so ignorant and disrespectful it's unbelievable!! Stay away from here!! They all need to go back to etiquette school, and learn professionalism because u don't do that to patients who have been so good and loyal to them!! I wouldn't take my cat there!! And if u want to be belittled, and have mean, untrue things said to u?? Then go here!! But if u want respect and professionalism?? Run don't walk from here!!

I came in for my 6-month cleaning and had a new hygienist, Ms. Nana. She was absolutely wonderful—thorough, gentle, and very informative. She went beyond just dental cleaning, taking the time to educate me on overall oral health as well. I really appreciated her care and attention. The front desk staff were also friendly and efficient, helping me schedule my next appointment promptly.
