My son had an appointment at 2pm as a new patient. He filled out his paperwork prior to the visit. I received a call approximately 3 hours before the visit asking if he can come in earlier or later. I told them that he will try to come earlier they said “ok”. He arrived there at 1:32 pm and was asked if he submitted the paperwork, he stated yes. They said they couldn’t find it if he can please complete it again, it was completed and submitted. 2 o’clock appointment time came and went by 2:15 we asked the receptionist if he will be called in they said they will go check receptionist disappeared for 30-40 minutes. 2:53 we decided to leave. If there were zero stars that’s what we would give. I’m glad we dodged a bullet if they can’t get you in to your appointment then I wonder what they’d do to your teeth. So not come here!!!

Dr. Dental and all their operating facilities are a huge scam! Maybe not the dentist who work there, but the organization is a big red flag. Even after we completely paid our invoice they still continuously send us invoices, claiming we have outstanding balance. Additionally, they send us invoices from other Dr. Dental local that we don't even go to! Dr. Dental is on another level of unethical practices. Oh and each time we visit Edison dr.dental, they always have new staff working. This whole organization and the front desk staff are obnoxious and rude to customers. I highly recommend finding a ma/pa dentistry and stay far far from this organization and it's affiliate facilities.

I will never go back to this Dental Office ever. Scheduled a prophylaxis appointment with them back in April. The wait time was a bit long as the front desk staff informed me that there was only one dentist available at the time and I was running a bit late myself. When it was time for my session, the Dental area looked unsanitary and unkempt. I asked the Dental Assistant to clean the area as it looked unsanitary. The x-ray tools and equipment were dusty and dirty. She was pretty cool and went ahead and cleaned up. I was feeling very uncomfortable at the sight because this was beyond my expectations, as I was expecting everything to be cleaned and sanitized, but I proceeded anyways. The Dentist Dr. Isai Fishkin introduced himself and gave me the X-Ray results, indicating that I needed a procedure then proceeded to cleaning my teeth. The moment he started, I encountered excruciating pains as he was rough and compassionless. During the prophylaxis, I explained to him that he’s very rough on my mouth and I’m experiencing a lot of pain. He showed no form of remorse and continued. After stopping him multiple times, he’s gonna ask me why I’m clinching and looked uncomfortable? I told him that he’s the one causing the discomfort and maybe because I’m black, that’s the reason why he’s treating me this way. The cleaning session has become terribly unbearable and I had to discontinue. He didn’t even apologized for his actions. After that I went to the front desk and explained to them how I felt. I was feeling terrible. One of the representative informed me that maybe because he was the only person working at the time, he was rushing; the other representative told me that she loved when her teeth is roughly cleaned and she enjoys it. I told them to delete my information as I will not be coming back for the other procedures.
Since there and then, it was a non-stop calling from April until current. They kept calling me everyday about the procedure, despite me telling them I already got it done elsewhere. At this point they’re harassing me and I’m sick and tired of it. Please to cease and desist from calling me. I’m never coming back to your dental office.

We had an appointment to get price for re-cementing the fallen dental bridge. When I went to the office we confirmed that there will be $25 for evaluations and we will be provided the price.
But the doctor came , she was checking and went ahead and performed cementing without authorization or giving price.
The front office staff decided to charge $225 for the work when we said it was only supposed to be office visit, they started being rude.
Be very aware the office is fraudulent and unethical practice. They would perform the work on you without letting you know and then charge you whatever they want.
Oh and the bridge fell off within 12 hours, when we contacted them to recement it, they said it will cost same amount again.
They don’t care about the patient, would do poor job and want quick money.
Horrible experience!!!! Stay away!! You are better off somewhere else.
