One thing I really appreciate is that they respect your time - appointments almost always start on schedule, which is rare for a dental office. No sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes past your appointment time.
They’re particularly wonderful with children. The dentists and hygienists are patient and kind, making visits much less stressful for kids. My children

actually don’t mind going to the dentist now!
Another standout feature is how helpful they are with insurance matters. They take the time to explain coverage and work with you to maximize your benefits, which takes a lot of stress out of the process.

I’m writing this review over a year later, once I finally felt ready to process my experience.

I visited this dental office because my gum was swollen and painful. Dr. Poostchi saw me briefly, did a scan, and told me I needed to have tooth #32 removed. When I asked why and what my options were—especially since I was in the middle of Invisalign—she was rude, impatient, and unprofessional. I was essentially told to “figure it out” with a specialist and was rushed out of the office in under five minutes while in pain and extremely worried.

She referred me to an oral surgeon and prescribed antibiotics. When I finally saw the oral surgeon, he was very confused: I don’t even have tooth #32, and my root was completely fine. He explained everything clearly and kindly, tried to contact Dr. Poostchi for clarification, and was unable to reach her. Based on his review of my X-rays, I did not need any procedure at all.

More than a year has now passed, and I have had no issues whatsoever. My teeth and gums have been completely fine—no fillings, no extractions, no treatment of any kind. This confirms that the diagnosis I was given at this office was unnecessary and incorrect.

On top of that, the office administration was chaotic. CVS never received my antibiotic prescription that day despite multiple calls. I was in severe pain, unable to sleep that night, and the prescription didn’t arrive until over 24 hours later. When I called the office the next morning for help, the staff member who answered was cold and dismissive.

This office wasted my time and caused me unnecessary pain, anxiety, and fear. While I’m relieved that Dr. Poostchi is no longer listed there.

Dr. Rashee Gupta is an excellent dentist. She is professional, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The office is clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Dr. Gupta to anyone looking for quality dental care.
