I would not recommend this orthodontic office, especially for families using Medicaid.

My son began treatment in April 2023 for an overbite, despite having otherwise straight, healthy teeth. During treatment, after adjustments performed by a less-experienced staff member, his front teeth began shifting backward, creating an issue that did not exist prior to braces. Once I raised concerns, a more experienced provider adjusted his braces and the teeth began moving back toward their original position, confirming my concern.

After two years of treatment, my son no longer has an overbite, yet the office continued insisting he needed to remain in braces. At that point, I lost trust in the care being provided and decided to pursue treatment elsewhere using clear aligners.

When I switched from Medicaid to private insurance, I was informed Medicaid would no longer pay and that I would be responsible for paying out of pocket for the remaining treatment. I requested that the braces simply be removed, as I no longer wanted continued treatment at this office.

The supervisor told me they refused to remove the braces unless I paid the full remaining balance for future treatment my son would not receive. I find this unacceptable and unfair. I am not willing to pay for services after losing trust in the quality of care provided.

Families deserve transparency, experienced providers, and the ability to discontinue care without being financially pressured. Please ask detailed questions and understand your rights before starting treatment here.

I had awesome experiences with my dentist. Dr. Khushboo Vagisha and her assisting team. I had two root canals, tooth buildup and cleaning done. She is amazing. She did such an awesome job every time on my problematic and delicate teeth. I didn’t experienced much pain after the procedure. Her hands are so good and she is very nice and caring.The office is very nice and clean and staffs are very very helpful. I also recommend Rupa Devikar , who is very, very nice and caring and came to my help always in my emergency situations with a nice smile in her face. I would definitely recommend people to see them for their dental care.

The waiting area here is like a café; the treatment beds even have massage functions. There's a TV on the ceiling when you're nervous. The doctors, hygienists, and reception staff are all friendly and professional.
